Request for Duplicate Copies of Degrees & Transcripts

ISSUANCE OF DUPLICATE DEGREE

CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE OF DUPLICATE DEGREE

The diploma of degree conferred on a student is issued only once. No copy of the same is kept and no duplicate in terms of photocopy is issued. The Institute may prepare another copy of the same and issue to the student as duplicate copy under the following conditions:

A student losing his/her diploma of the degree
Accidental mutilation

For obtaining duplicate diploma of the degree conferred on, an application on the requisition form is to be submitted with an affidavit in the prescribed format.

After verifying the records and after seeing the valid and legal proof of the claim of the student or the return of the mutilated diploma of the degree, the duplicate copy may be issued.

MODE OF PAYMENT

The duplicate degree charges are to be paid through a DD or Cheque (payable at SBBJ, Pilani (Code: 01398) or UCO Bank, Pilani) (Code: 0150) or in Cash (at the Cashier, BITS, Pilani) or I.P.O. or International Money Order in favour of BITS, Pilani. Outstation cheques/Drafts are not accepted.
