• Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering , 1982; Andhra University , Visakhapatnam .

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering, 1979; Andhra University , Visakhapatnam .

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• June 82 – June 1995 ; Joined as Assistant Lecturer, later as Lecturer and Asst. Professor and in 1995 as Associate Professor in BITS, Pilani.

• June 95 – November 2004, Dy General Manager (HRD & Training ) in FINOLEX INDUSTRIES LIMITED, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra .

• December 2005 to till date --- Presently as Professor – BITS, PILANI.

• Effects of Impurities in the utilization of Phosphogypsum in the manufacaature of Plaste of Paris—Paper presented in the Institute of Chemical Engineers Conference held on December 1982 at Visakhapatnam .

• Human Resource Development problem of Industries and the challenges of Post-graduate Engineering curriculum in Indian Scenario. The response and experience of Bits, Pilani. Paper accepted for IIChE Conference held in 1986.

• Manpower Development through Cooperative Education- Experiences of BITS & GRASIM - Paper presented in National Seminar of Institute of Engineers ( India ) held at Visakhapatnam in 1993.
