The Placement Process at BITS aims to match the requirements of the Corporate World with the aspirations of the students thereby facilitating the achievement of synergy between the two.

  • This process is usually conducted in the month of October.
  • Companies are required to conduct a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) so that they can interact with the students and provide the necessary information to the students.
  • Interested students apply and their resumes are made available for short listing to the company.
  • Companies shortlist students on the basis of their profiles before coming on campus.
  • This is followed by scheduling of participating companies for placements by allotting day and time when they can begin their recruitment process.
  • Selected students are provided with the document of recruitment.

There are no charges for campus-placement registration. Boarding & lodging is arranged for visiting executives in BITS guesthouse on payment basis.
