competitive events for researchers including Google PhD Forum at PerComp 2009

He has led / participated in several externally funded research
projects including those funded by the European Commission, Government of
India (DoE/DIT-MCIT, DEC etc.), the French Government (FMoFA, INRIA, GET,
Telecom-Bretagne etc.), several corporate laboratories including the
Microsoft Research (Redmond). ·
He has been a member of four IEEE
Technical Committees and a co-opted member of a specific sectional
subcommittee of the Bureau of Indian Standards
(BIS) of the Government of ·
Led the
European Commission's Next Generation Network Initiative's Infrastructure QoS
group at ·
Involved in two EC-grant based projects in next generation networking
in association with eleven European partners. ·
