 Accommodation Information

   For Faculty/Scientists/Indusry Professionals*

   On prior request, Guest House accommodation can be arranged in the VFAST (Visiting Faculty & Student)    Hostel of BITS, Pilani. Kindly note that we have limited number of rooms.

   Rooms will be made available on first-come-first-serve basis.

   The room tariffs are as follows:

   AC room (double bed): Rs. 350 per head per day on twin sharing basis

   Non AC room (double bed): Rs. 200 per head per day on twin sharing basis

   Meals (not inclusive in room tariff): Breakfast – Rs. 80, Lunch – Rs. 100, & Dinner – Rs. 110.
                      

   For Students*

   Students & Research Scholars will be provided free accomodation in hostels

   * Depending upon the availability of funds, some kind of subsidy on
   boarding & lodging may be provided to a limited number of participants
