Application : Super resolution imaging to visualize and quantify the subcellular structures in tissues, bacteria, organoids, neurons, living or fixed-cells and many other types of biological as well as non-biological samples. Localization of proteins within subcellular compartments.

Application : Lightsheet microscope lets you acquire overview images and data with subcellular resolution. Whether one works with optically cleared organoids, spheroids, organs, brains or other specimens, LSFM can provide efficient imaging. The exceptional stability of Lightsheet allows one to observe living samples over extended periods of time – even days – with less phototoxicity than ever before. The coverslip-free sample preparation for Lightsheet and Multiview imaging give the unique opportunity to view samples from any angle. Protein based localization of cells/tissues within an intact organ/organoids.

Application: Simultaneous molecular and anatomical non-invasive imaging of bioluminescence and multispectral fluorescence in living animals to create 3D optical tomography of such images. Application: Measure nanoparticle size and concentration with high precision for all types of nanoparticles ranging from 0.01-1 µm in diameter. Additional key applications include quantification and tracking of Extracellular Vesicles (EV), Virus, Vaccines, Biotherapeutics, Nanomaterials/ colloids
