Dr. Mohammad Faraz Naim has been in research and teaching for more than six years. Over the years, his teaching focus has been on organizational behaviour; social sciences; HR analytics; organization change and development; performance management; and principles of management. Dr. Naim has a doctorate in management from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India and is a certified People Analytics Professional as well as a Certified Corporate Coach. He has acquired psychometric assessment expertise with the certification in MBTI assessments. He has been awarded the Senior Research Fellow from University Grants Commission (UGC) and was the winner of Young Researcher Award Global Research & Development Society. He is enthusiastic about creating teaching methods that helps students learn to strategize their communication and adapt it for real life experiences.
