Accommodation inside the campus: Booking as per availability

• Student/Research Scholars participants can be accommodated in on-campus hostels at a minimal charge of Rs. 300/ + GST (if applied) per person per day on first come-first serve basis.
• Accommodation will be available at the Institute Guest House (VFAST) based on availability. The tariffs are as following: Room charges Rs. 1500/- plus GST (double occupancy) per day.

Note : All attendees must pay the accommodation charges on their arrival. Advance payment is not required.

Conference participants are requested to contact at the accommodation (contact numbers are given for each) and book accommodation on their own. The organizer will not be able to physically support you for booking these accommodations. Please note that the registration fee does not include the accommodation cost.
