Srini: (as he grabs the plates and waits as Viveks rushes back with a bowl) OK

Shambhu pours the piping hot rasam into the bowl and Srini walks out with it. Sridhar
transfers the lemon rice into the plates and Srini comes in again and goes out to serve it.

Sridhar: That wasn’t so hard now, was it? That’s how you get things done boys.

Shambhu: But we didn’t prepare in mass. We’d have to do all this again for the next
customer.
Ramu: (walking back with red eyes and a pink face) the rasam went out or what?!!

Sridhar: Yeah.

Ramu: Oh no!! I didn’t have any lemon zest in it.

Sridhar: (slightly annoyed) Forget it. Nothing to do now.

Shambhu: (shaking his head as he gets to prep the remaining dishes) If you say so, BOSS.

(A minute later Srini comes back with a perplexed look.)

Srini: They liked it?! They loved the lemon kick in the rasam and the tangy lemon zest on the
rice. They send their regards to the chef.

Sridhar, Ramu, and Shamu are confused and happy. They leave the kitchen to meet the happy
customer.

Vivek: (mutters to himself with a cheeky grin) Lemon zest? That’s nice. At least they didn’t
realize it was soap.
