difficult babies. He was like a ray of warm sunshine on a cold, Monday morning or like the
rainbow after the rain.
I was the commotion, as well as, the life of Sora. Everywhere I went people would wait in
anticipation of what havoc I’ll bring next. I made weapons out of my love for explosions
different concoctions of chemicals would make. I even managed to make an incendiaryThey
say that Shinsetsu and I are made for each other, we complement each other in every way- he
is tall and fragile, whereas I am short and tough. I am the brains and muscles behind the
weapons we produce and he is the distributor and marketer. Perfect together, in every way.
One day, when we were kids, Shinsetsu used to get bullied a lot. Instead of fighting back, he
used to try to reason with them, sometimes it worked and sometimes it backfired. And I would
come running to his rescue- with a stick in one hand and a bag of pebbles in the other. I lose
my calm as soon as I see my dear Shinsetsu in trouble. I would do anything for him and I know
he would do the same for me…that’s the reassurance our love will always have. Always equally
devoted and attached. Of course, I'd get into a lot of trouble for choosing sticks and stones over
words and a cup of tea, Shinsetsu would make me pluck weeds from the gardens of the useless
bullies and force me to make friends with them. He gave me his locket and told me to think
about the weight of the locket when anything angers me. Shinsetsu was my missing puzzle
piece, my everything. Imagine losing everything. Everything! With nothing left. To lose
someone who is everything to you, means you have gained emptiness and an endless void.
I…lost everything one day.
Ikari-sama had taken a liking towards Shinsestu because of his gullible nature, she wanted to
manipulate him and convince him to help her overthrow the allying villages and take them
down to gain more power. She wanted Heiwa to sell rigged weapons, dummies and duds to the
neighbouring villages it supplied to. So, that when all the hell breaks loose, we will have a sure
victory. A cheap move that brings certain triumph. I detest people sorting to cheap tricks to
gain from the weak and helpless. I and Shin strongly opposed this suggestion and suffered
greatly from its repercussions. Ikari and her troupe started harassing the workers of our factory,
so we had to let go of them. The production had stopped altogether. Money was not a problem
for us as we had saved enough for the rest of our lives. Shinsetsu also provided the laid-off
workers with any aid possible in his free time.
Things worsened when Ikari started to threaten normal villagers to make weapons, steal the
weapon blueprint from the shutdown factory and raid our house. The once trusting and loving
villagers had turned their backs on us.
