Mary: There is proof that his card was swiped and that he went inside the building. There has

been no CCTV footage provided to the police that show that he had actually remained in the
building as there are no cameras inside his office room.

               Harry: That’s just plain sophistry!
Mary (shows building blueprint): Look here, Mr. Hunt’s office is on the second floor of the

building. And out of his office, to the left is the fire exit. And the staircase from the exit would

allow him to skip the security system in the lobby.
Johnson: But he would still need to get out of his room to go to the exit. There was no video

that he ever did until after the theft!
George: But the fire exit’s staircase wraps around to the window in Mr. Hunt’s room. A three

by five sized one at that with no grills. Large enough to comfortably fit him and let him jump

               out.
Jenna: He could have jumped onto the staircase. It’s barely a four-foot drop from the window.

And the restaurant at which Ms. Kenneth’s car was stolen is just a couple of blocks away. He
could have walked up to there.

Harry: Alright, but then he would have to have known that Ms. Kenneth was going to have
               been there.

Jacob: Good point Harry. No way he would have known about it, unless Ms. Kenneth had some

meeting over there that Mr. Hunt found out. Do we know why Ms. Kenneth was at that
               restaurant?

George: She said that she was there on a date.
               Johnson: Did she say who?

Jenna: No, just that it was a blind date and that she was stood up.

Mary: Oh. Did she inform anyone at work about her going on this date?
Jenna: No, she said that she had not informed anyone at all, keeping this on the down low.

Mary: If she did not tell anyone then Mr. Hunt couldn’t have found out about it. Unless (pause)
unless Mr. Hunt was the blind date. That way he could have set up the meeting point.

Jenna: Ms. Kenneth made a call to her date actually. 1777-898-652. The call lasted for about

five minutes. Unfortunately, we don’t really know whose phone number it is though. We
managed to narrow it down to Vodafone but did not get a warrant to press them to give us

details on who the number belongs to. It’s a dead end.
Harry: I’ll need to stop you a lot there.

Jenna: And why would that be Harry?
