Steps for conference registration

  • Check the appropriate registration fee amount as given in above tables.
  • Pay the registration fees via UPI (Bank details given below). Please write “Registration for VDAT-2023” in the note/remark while transferring the amount.
  • Generate the receipt and save it in PDF/JPG.
  • Fill the mandatory registration form to complete the registration process. Without filling the form, registration will not be confirmed. Link of the Google form for registration is: https://forms.gle/mCjPD85CKXF7BHow5
  • Thank you for VDAT-2023 registration.

Conference Registration Details

  • At least one of the authors of an accepted paper/poster/design contest needs to register for VDAT 2023 in Category A and personally present the paper/poster/design at the conference for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings/getting the certificate of presentation for the poster.
  • The registration fee (Category A) includes the conference kit, admission to all the VDAT 2023 Sessions and Tutorials. It also includes working Lunch, Dinner and refreshment during the session breaks on all conference days.
  • The registration fee (Category B) includes access to all the VDAT 2023 Tutorial sessions (On Tutorial Day, September 29, 2023). Tutorial kit, a working Lunch, Dinner and refreshments during tutorial session breaks are also included.
  • If an applicant is selected for student/faculty fellowship, the Registration Fee will be waived off.
  • It is mandatory to produce a valid student ID/ Institute ID/Industry ID card at the registration desk of the Conference/Tutorial.
  • The last date for the registration is September 10, 2023. After this date late registration fees will be applicable.

The VLSI Design & Test Symposium (VDAT) promotes research and development in various fields of VLSI Design. VDAT began as a small workshop in the year 1998, and in 2005 it acquired the status of an international symposium.
