Adam: Ah Ray, as useless and nugatory as you always were. How dare you waste my
precious time with these kinds of tantrums? Let go of James will ya and then we’ll talk like
civilised people. You might be well aware of what my bodyguards here can do. So don’t even
think of playing any tricks.

Ray: Circumstances make you behave in unfathomable ways indeed. I may not be able to lay
a finger on you as of yet, but James’ life is certainly in my hands.
Adam: You really think something like that can faze me? I can destroy everyone here with
just a snap of fingers. But I, being the benevolent person I am, choose to forgive you. Hear
my proposition out .What if I provide you with a slump of money that I think is ideal for the
alleged losses I have caused you. Sounds like a fair deal, doesn’t it?

(Ray goes into oblivion for a solid 10 seconds. He seems to seriously weigh the offer.
Suddenly James gets out from his grip and manages to knock the gun from Ray’s hands. He
gets to the knocked out gun first and points it at Ray now.)

James: How the tables have turned, don't you think?
Ray: (clenching his teeth with all his strength) Kill me! Go on! I have nothing to lose! I dare
you to do it.

(Adam and his goons enjoy the new turn of events and let down their guard in the process)

Adam: (chuckling softly) what’s wrong James, don’t you have what it takes to do it? He tried
to kill you for his personal gains. What are you waiting for? Also, I indeed was responsible
for framing you and putting you behind bars, enjoy it as it sinks in Mr. Ray. Goodbye!

(Click! James disengaged the safety of the pistol. Everyone gapes on in anticipation)

James: Say your final prayers, Ray

Ray: Quit the chit chat and get on with it!

(A tense few seconds pass. Within a split second, James turns around and simultaneously Ray
takes another gun out and they both simultaneously take down a bodyguard respectively.)

(Room becomes pin drop silent. The bodyguards die instantly.)

Adam: (with a stream of sweat running down his cheeks) what have you done, you
scoundrels? You will pay for...

(Before Adam finishes his sentence, Ray shoots Adam on both of his legs.)

Adam: Aughh.... Yeowww.....

Ray: Shut your trap hole for a change will you? I have been waiting for this moment for quite
some time now. Let me savour it in peace (Ray stands there silently for a minute or so as he
basks in his glory. The negotiator and assistant look on in despair. Adam is seething with
pain. In a quick movement, Ray puts the gun in Adam’s mouth. Bang! Bang! He literally
blows Adam’s brains out. Everyone else looks on in utter shock)
