Miss Smith: So how’s it paying? Do you get enough recognition and praise for your paintings?

Miss Olivia: What are you saying? Yes, I get enough praise and I earn a respectful amount. But
painting is my passion. I don’t do it just for the money.

Miss Smith: Oh, certainly. Does it hurt if anyone says your painting is not good?
Miss Olivia: Yes, but everybody can’t like my paintings as it is my style.

Miss Smith: Ok, but It will hurt a lot if someone close to you said that he likes certain paintings

better and you will not match the level of it ever.
Miss Olivia: What are you trying to say!

Miss Smith: Isn’t it true that you overheard both Mr. Watson and Mr. Lee talking that this
painting is amazing and Miss Olivia is a good artist but will never be able to match this level.

Miss Olivia: No, I haven’t heard anything like that. They can never say these things!!

Miss Smith: Your Honor, I want to play a video in the court which was accidently recorded by
Miss Smith's phone while she was talking on her phone.

Judge Danny: Permission Granted.
Miss Smith: We don’t need to drag this Lily, just confess your crimes and the court will be

easy on the fine. Otherwise, I don’t know how you will pay the fine. It’s rough being an artist.
(Continues to set the recording while talking)

Miss Olivia (Very shocked and sad started sobbing): I confess, I confesss!!!!! I have done it. I

am so sorry William. I am so Sorry James. I am so Sorry everybody. I can’t do this anymore. I
was very upset and angry and I just did it. I don’t know what was going on with me at that

time. (William and James both shocked)
Miss Smith: That’s all your honour. I also wanted to confess to the court that there was no

recording and I accept any fine or procedure as a consequence.

Judge Danny: Miss Smith, you have broken the law of the court today and there will be
consequences but you have done it in a good faith so only fine will be there. (Miss Smith very

happily accepts and nods her head).
Judge Danny: I order the bailiff to take Miss Olivia into custody. I declare a punishment of 1

week and the damages amount of 2 Million Dollar on Miss Olivia.

Mr. Lee: Wait, your honour. I would like to inform you and the court that I would like to
withdraw my damages demand and I would appeal for no punishment to Miss Olivia. I think

we also hurt her emotions and a conversation at dinner will be the right way to forget this and
move on.
