CHARACTERS

Giovanni Marconi: 55, Mafia Boss and Owner of ‘Blue Crystal’ which is a local Bar in

Brooklyn, New York. Marconi is the definition of dominance. The way he walks, the way he

talks, the way he just pauses in the middle of a statement declares that he is always in command.
He issues statements, he doesn’t beat around the bush, he just issues statements, and they are

more reliable than saying the sun would come up again tomorrow.
Luca Ferdinando: 55, Mafia Member

Ferdinando is a skilled member of the mafia. He has lost some of his skills with the blade but

he more than makes up for it in his skills of the mind.
Roberto Alanzo: 22, Mafia Member

Alanzo is a young blood who is a practitioner of ‘think once, do twice’. His blood boils over
the most little things and that trait has helped him so far in his lifestyle as a mafia member.

Luca Leonardo: 42, Senior Waiter at ‘Blue Crystal’
Leonardo is a loyal servant of Marconi and has been for the last 25 years. Marconi’s wish is

his command.

Giuseppe Stefan: 20, Mafia Member
Stefan is a marksman, strategic warfare, and close-combat specialist who is also a member of

Marconi’s gang.
Marco Santiago: 35, Mafia Member of Marconi’s rival gang

Santiago is a tough and clever man, he hates Marconi’s guts, and it’s all the more true for

Marconi.
ACT I

Scene 1
SETTING:

We are inside Marconi’s bar. Flooded with expensive lights, this 120 feet x 120 feet bar

encompasses just 1 room. The room is further divided into 3 sections. On the very left of the
room is the sitting section for the mafia. All this section has is a dining table threaded with

chairs. But not just any table, this balsa wood table spans 25 feet x 8 feet and is engraved with
24 carat gold. Each chair houses its own carpet underneath it, each made with real Polar Bear
