Joseph: *knock* *knock* Police Officer here, please open the door.
Jonathan walks up to the door and opens it with curiosity.
Joseph: I am sorry for disturbing you at such an ungodly hour but there has been an emergency.
Joseph: A convict caught for robbing a bank is on the loose and was last seen entering this
neighbourhood. Have you heard or seen anything suspicious sir?
Jonathan: No officer I haven’t, my son and I were asleep and I woke up to just check on him.
Joseph: Ok thank you for your cooperation, If you notice anything abnormal or suspicious
please contact me on this number.
Joseph hands Jonathan his contact card.
Jonathan: Okay, Thank you for your service officer, have a safe night.
Joseph: A safe night to you too!
Jonathan closes the door goes to his room and finally gets back on his bed
Jonathan: *sigh* What a way to ruin sleep, looks like we got robbers both inside and outside
this house.
(As he tries to fall asleep he notices he is unable to, cold sweat fills his back and a foreboding
feeling engulfs him.)
Jonathan: That’s weird, what’s wrong with me? I feel like I have forgotten something…
(As he ponders about the events that occurred this feeling grows more and more intense.)
Jonathan: Open window with cool breeze flowing in, those shining eyes under bed, criminal
escapee… Oh no! Robert!
(His eyes widen as every bit of sleepiness leaves his body and he jumps off his bed.)
(Jonathan rushes out of his room and just as he is about to enter his son’s bedroom. He comes
to a sudden stop.)
Jonathan: This is not good, if I try to forcefully do something he might take my son as hostage,
I better call the officer first.
Jonathan rings up joseph
Joseph: BSPD officer Joseph speaking, who is this?
Jonathan: Officer it’s me from the house you visited earlier, I have suspicion that the criminal
is hiding under my son’s bed!
Jonathan explains the entire situation in a hurried and worried voice.
Joseph: Okay don’t worry! I will be there in 10 minutes and try not to alert the man and act
calm.
(In 10 minutes, Joseph arrives and quietly knocks on the door to signal his arrival.)
Jonathan hurriedly opens the door and lets the officer in. He points at his son’s bedroom.
